Where you'll find answers to most of your questions

Every project starts with an in-person or online consultation. We take the time to understand your idea, goals and deadline – and often the creative process already starts right there.
Yes. We regularly produce content in different languages, including English, German, Spanish and Chinese. When needed, we can also arrange translation, native-language voice-over and subtitles. We often travel abroad for productions as well. Over the years we have worked in countries including Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Canada, the United States, Italy, Iceland, England and Egypt.
We have been working on video productions for more than 20 years, across a wide range of industries and projects of different sizes. Many of our clients have been working with us repeatedly for years – and to us, that is one of the most meaningful forms of feedback.
A showreel can look impressive, but a collection of isolated shots does not really show how a complete project works. That is why we prefer to present real projects and complete examples of our work, giving you a much clearer idea of what you can expect from us.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We listen, ask questions and think before recommending anything. We only suggest what your project genuinely needs. Our goal is not simply to sell you a service, but to build long-term working relationships.
Yes, wherever it adds genuine value to the production – for example during preparation, visual or audio post-production, and certain creative processes. We don't use AI to replace human creativity or real-world filming. We use it as another tool when it can make the process faster or improve the final result.
Because no two projects are the same. Location, crew size, equipment, post-production and deadlines can all affect the cost. Rather than publishing arbitrary package prices, we provide realistic quotes tailored to each project.
The cost depends much more on the production itself than on the final running time. Location, crew and camera requirements, talent, sound recording, voice-over, animation and the complexity of post-production all play a part. A 30-second commercial can be a major production, while a 3-minute video can sometimes be produced much more simply. We help you find the format that works best for your goals and your budget.
Not necessarily. Our goal is not to provide the cheapest possible solution, but to get the most value from the budget available. We don't add unnecessary elements to a production, and many of our clients choose to work with us again and again over the long term.
From contracts and project discussions to file delivery, approvals and invoicing, the entire process can be handled online. For video reviews we use our own system, where feedback can be added directly to specific points in the video through a protected online interface. This keeps every comment clear, precise and in one place. Large files are delivered through secure online storage, making remote collaboration simple and efficient.
There's a very simple reason: back in 2008, the “onetime” domain name was already taken. So One Thyme it was. Yes, that's really the whole story.
Ideally, get in touch with us at least one month before your planned shoot. This gives us the best chance to dedicate the right time and attention to your project. Click here to request a quote , or simply give us a call.
For simpler projects, we may even be able to help within 24 hours. And if we can't take it on ourselves, we can usually recommend a reliable partner who can.
